Wholesale Eligibility and Ordering

Wholesale purchasing is available only to approved PS Hobbies and Things B2B customers. All wholesale orders are subject to product availability and acceptance before invoicing.

Order Minimum and Payment

The opening wholesale order minimum is $250 USD. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. No Net payment terms or credit are extended at this time. Orders are not allocated or shipped until payment has been received.

Pricing, Market Values, and Shipping

Wholesale pricing is for approved dealers only. Estimated market values, suggested resale prices, dealer savings, and profit illustrations are provided for reference only. They are not guaranteed resale prices, profits, or future market performance.

Full-case wholesale prices include outbound shipping. Non-full-case orders add outbound shipping and applicable taxes. Availability, product configuration, and final invoice totals are confirmed before invoicing.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is charged unless PS Hobbies and Things receives and accepts a valid resale or sales-tax exemption certificate before invoicing.

Imported Products and Estimated Arrival Dates

Some products are imported. Estimated arrival dates and estimated release dates are estimates only and can change due to supplier allocation, customs clearance, inspection, carrier transit, or other conditions outside our control. Imported products ship after they are received, inspected, and prepared for fulfillment. We will communicate material delays or changes that affect an order before taking payment whenever practical.
