Processing time

Orders are normally packed and handed to the carrier within 2–4 business days after all items in the order are in stock. During major releases, sales events, and high-volume periods, processing may take 3–5 business days.

Preorders

Payment for preorder items is collected at checkout to reserve your allocation. Release dates and estimated arrival windows are estimates only and may change due to manufacturer allocations, distributor timing, freight, customs processing, or other supply-chain delays.

Orders with in-stock and preorder items

If an order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order ships together after the final preorder item becomes available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order. We do not automatically split orders unless separate shipping arrangements are approved before fulfillment.

Imported products

Some items are imported. A stated arrival window is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Imported products can be delayed by manufacturer releases, freight schedules, customs processing, or other events outside our control. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, imported preorder estimates may be approximately 3–4 weeks and can change.

Tracking and delivery

Tracked shipping options include tracking information after the package is accepted by the carrier. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and begin after shipment, not when an order is placed. Where an untracked economy letter-mail option is offered, buyers acknowledge that delivery visibility is limited.

Address changes, order review, and cancellations

Please verify your shipping address before checkout. Contact us promptly if a change or cancellation is needed; requests cannot be guaranteed once an order enters packing or fulfillment. To protect customers and our business, we may review or cancel and refund orders that cannot be verified before fulfillment.

Packaging

Collectibles and sealed products are packaged with care to help them arrive in the same condition in which they leave us.
