Cancellation policy

ORDERS, PREORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

By placing an order through PS Hobbies and Things, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent, violate our purchasing policies, or contain pricing or inventory errors.

Order Confirmation

Receiving an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is considered accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and your order has been prepared for shipment or pickup.

Product Availability

While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory, occasional errors may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may:

• Issue a full refund.
• Offer a comparable replacement.
• Contact you regarding available options.

Purchase Limits

To provide fair access to highly sought-after products, PS Hobbies and Things reserves the right to limit the quantity of certain items purchased per customer, household, shipping address, billing address, payment method, or account.

Orders placed to intentionally bypass purchase limits—including the use of multiple accounts or addresses—may be reduced or canceled without notice.

Preorders

Certain products are offered as preorders prior to their official release.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that:

• Release dates are determined by manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice.
• Product allocations may be reduced by the manufacturer or distributor.
• Shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• If allocations are reduced, orders may be fulfilled in the order they were received, partially fulfilled, or canceled with a full refund for any unfulfilled items.

Order Cancellations

Because orders begin processing shortly after they are placed, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

• Orders that have already entered processing or have been shipped cannot be canceled.
• Approved cancellations made before processing may be subject to a payment processing or administrative fee if non-refundable transaction fees have already been incurred.
• Preorders canceled by the customer before shipment may also be subject to a cancellation fee where permitted by law to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

If PS Hobbies and Things cancels your order due to inventory shortages, allocation reductions, pricing errors, or any issue on our end, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing Errors

Despite our best efforts, pricing or product description errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel affected orders. If your order is canceled due to a pricing error, you will receive a full refund.
