• Fulfillment: Preorder items ship after PS Hobbies receives and inspects inventory. Once all items in your order are available, orders are normally packed and handed to the carrier within 2–4 business days; allow 3–5 business days during major releases, sales events, and high-volume periods.
• Mixed orders: Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items ship together after the final preorder item becomes available. Please place separate orders if you would like in-stock items sooner.
• Allocations: If an allocation is reduced or an item becomes unavailable, we may partially fulfill the order, offer alternatives, or issue a full refund for any unfulfilled item.
• Imported products: International arrival windows are estimates; customs clearance and freight timing may affect when inventory reaches us.
