Recognized easily by his hulking form and his jet-black right eye, Skraa is something of a legend among the locals, both Silverscale and Darkscale. His anger knows no bounds, and his enemies are not the only ones to face it when his mind is truly lost. Though he is a legend, that legend is one to be feared, not revered.
